Daley, age 71, of Belding, died Tuesday evening, April 19, 2005, in Greenville. He was born in Lansing, on Oct. 28, 1926, the son of Vincent B. and Marvel Klock Daley. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II, serving as a medic with the United States Marines in the South Pacific. Tom was a life member and past Commander of VFW Post #4406 and also a member of American Legion Post #203, in Belding, and St. Joseph Catholic Church. He married the former Jacquelyn Miller in Nov. 1947. She preceded him in death Dec. 23, 1997. He was also preceded in death by his parents and a sister Mary Patricia Marks. Surviving is a son Terrence M. Daley of Fairbanks, Alaska; a grandson Tristan M. Daley also of Fairbanks; his brother John (Arlene) Daley and family of Florida; close friend John Geisen of Belding; brothers-in law and sisters-in- law Mrs. Robert Miller of Ionia, J.B. and Bonnie McQueen of Oxford, John and Connie Kennedy of Belding, Richard and Nancy Olsen of Greenville; and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Belding, with Father CK officiating. A time of visitation is 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, with a Rosary prayed at 8:30 p.m. at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding. Inurnment will be in Easton Township Cemetery.
