She was born February 16, 1947 in Hubbardston, Michigan, to Richard and Norine (McKenna) Fenn. She married William "Bill" Dailey on July 24, 1965 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Hubbardston of which she was a member. Jane attended school at St. John the Baptist in Hubbardston through the 11th grade and graduated from Carson City - Crystal High School in 1965. She worked at Chrysler, Gibsons, and enjoyed working in the deli at the Hubbardston Market. Jane was a member of the Hubbardston American Legion Auxiliary. Her first priority was homemaker, wife, and mother. Janie always made her home a safe haven with love and kindness for her grandchildren and close friends. Jane is survived by five children, William (Carla) Dailey of Carson City, Brett Dailey of Hubbardston, Bernard Dailey of Hubbardston, Karmen Blount of Sumner, and Dan (Staci) Dailey of Hubbardston, and seven grandchildren. Brother, Ron Ferris of Las Vegas, brother, Dan (Nancy) Fenn of Carson City, sister, Marlyn (Dave) Felzke of Ionia, brother, Gary (Linda) Fenn of Rockford and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Dailey in March of 2009; and one grandson, Jacob Dailey. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 11am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Hubbardston with Fr. Tom Thompson officiating. Interment will be in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2009 from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. with a rosary at 7:30 p.m. at the Lux and Schnepp Funeral Home in Carson City. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hubbardston American Legion Auxiliary, or the Carson City Hospital Out Patient Therapy Center.
