Former Resident Passes Away

Ralph L. Dailey, 83, former Lake Odessa resident passed away Monday evening at 
the Michigan Veterans facility at Grand Rapids where he had been a patient for a 
year and a half.

He was born August 16, 1880 in Campbell township, Ionia county son of David and 
Ellen Dailey and had been a resident of Grand Rapids for 50 years. He was 
employed for 25 years by the Hager Music Company and retired in 1950.

His only survivors are nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Thursday (today) at the Pickens Koops Funeral Chapel, 
Lake Odessa. Rev.Marvin Zimmerman officiated with burial in the Clarksville 
cemetery.
