Mr. Dailey resided at the Burke hotel and was proprietor in the absence of Lee Burke, who owned the hotel. He had been a resident of Lake Odessa since its beginning as a village and was a blacksmith by trade. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Ada Crater, of Ohio; Mrs. Harvey Tupper, of Lake Odessa and Mrs. Clara Conklin, of Lansing. The funeral was held Saturday afternoon at the Burke hotel at two o’clock. The business places all closed during the funeral service. Burial in Lake Side cemetery.
