Ionia Sentinel, Thursday, May 1, 1958

Mrs. Mabel (Dillenbeck) Dake, 70, of 423 West Washington street died Tuesday 
evening in the Grand Valley Nursing home, where she had been a patient for 
three days.

She was born January 13, 1888 in Ionia, the daughter of Abner and Sarah Jane 
(Kenny) Dillenbeck.  In 1933 she was married to Wesley Dake, and they lived on 
a farm in Easton until his death in 1943.  Mrs. Dake then sold the farm and 
moved to Ionia.

She was a member of the SS. Peter and Paul church, the Rosary Society and the 
Daughters of Isabella.

Surviving is one brother, Leo Dillenbeck of Ionia.

Requiem high mass will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. at SS. Peter and Paul 
church.  Interment will be at Mt. Olivet cemetery.

Rosary will be held Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Stone-Kauffman funeral home.
