Ionia Daily Sentinel – 4 April 1912
Mrs. Aaron Dalrymple, an old and respected resident of Palo, died at the home 
of her daughter, Mrs. Baker, Tuesday of last week.  The funeral services were 
held from the M. E. Church of which she was a member, Thursday afternoon, 
conducted by Rev. J. B. McGinness, assisted by Rev. John Slater, of Albion.  
The attendance was large and the floral tributes spoke beautifully of the 
esteem for the dead and of sympathy for the relatives and friends.  She leaves 
a husband, one son, Charles, Frank Baker of Palo; and Mrs. Geo. Dick, of 
Elwell, besides grandchildren of Mt. Pleasant, two daughters and great-
grandchildren to mourn her loss.
