Marcia L. Dalton, 47, of Saranac died unexpectedly May 31, 1995 at Ionia County
Memorial Hospital.  She was born the daughter of Glenn and Josephine (Mascho)
Conner on September 30, 1947 in Ionia.

She graduated from Ionia High School in 1965.  She worked for the State of
Michigan for 30 years, working 24 years for the State Police in East Lansing. 
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church  in Ionia.

She is survived by her husband, David; one son, Daniel of Saranac; one daughter,
Lori (Ronald) Pennock of Orleans; two granddaughters, Heather and Sara; her
father, Glenn Conner of Chestertown, MD,; two brothers, Donald (Vivian) Conner
of Nashville, MI and Robert (Jane) Conner of Ionia; and her mother-in-law, Leah
Dalton of Fenwick. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the First United Methodist
Church, Ionia.  Interment will be in Easton Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2
p.m.- 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.- 8:30 p.m. on Sunday at the Cook Funeral Home in Ionia.
 Memorial contributions may be made to the Helping Hands Hospice of Ionia County.
