The Ionia County News, Thursday, August 4, 1932


Melvin Dalton died early Sunday morning, July 31, at his home in Orleans 
township.  Mr. Dalton was born in Bloomer township 40 years ago.  He was 
buried there in Bloomer Center cemetery on Tuesday afternoon following 
services at his home.

Surviving are his widow, two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Greenhoe of Sumner, Indiana, 
and Mrs. R. Dorothy of Lyons, and a brother Frank of Bloomer township.
