Lake Odessa Wave, 4 Jan 1951

Mrs. Anna U. Daniels, 76, passed away about 3:30 Sunday evening after a stroke 
suffered Friday.  She had been in ill health for a long time and this was the 
second stroke suffered.  She was born at Sebewa township April 17, 1874.  The 
daughter of Stephen and Amerilla (Daniels) Lindley and had spent her life in 
this area.  She and Andrus W. Daniels were married August 28, 1985, and have 
resided on their farm, the former Carl Yager place, since their marriage 55 
years ago.  She was a member of the Sebewa Baptist Church.

Surviving besides the husband, are three daughters, Mrs. Avard Earle, Mrs. 
Alton Gunn and Mrs. Bernard Thomas.  One son, Oren.  One sister, Mrs. Eunice 
Peacock, all of Lake Odessa and Sebewa.  One brother, Herman Lindley of Grand 
Rapids, and eight grandchildren.

Mrs. Daniels reposed at the Pickens funeral chapel until Wednesday when taken 
to the Sebewa Baptist church where services were held with burial in the 
Baptist cemetery.  Rev. Frank Moxon of the Caines U.B. church officiated.
