The Lake Odessa Wave, Thursday, September 1, 1927
Cora Ella Daniels was born in Portland, Michigan, January 2, 1865, died at the 
home of her sister, Lottie Kauffman in Sebewa August 22, 1927, age 62 years, 8 
months, 20 days.  In childhood she came with her parents to Sebewa, where she 
always lived on the old homestead.  At an early age she was converted to the 
Christian faith and affiliated herself with the Sebewa Baptist church of which 
she was always a faithful member.  

October 1926 she was united in marriage to William Arnold who survives her, 
also four brothers and three sisters, namely Sylvester C. Andrus, Jay B., and 
Lillason O. Daniels, Mrs. Ada Ingall, Mrs. Lottie Kauffman of this vicinity 
and Mrs. Carrie Kimble of Grand Rapids.  Also a large number of relatives and 
friends.  Her last illness was long and painful but she bore it with patient 
fortitude.

The funeral was held at the Sebewa Baptist church Wednesday at 2 o’clock.  
Burial was in the family lot at the Sebewa Baptist cemetery.
