Ionia County News - Thursday July 15, 1948

Mrs. Clara (Allen) Daniels, 69, died at Pennock hospital, Hastings, early 
Friday morning, following surgery on Wednesday. She resided in Berlin township 
before moving to Lake Odessa, 26 years ago.

Survivors are, the husband, Sylvester, two daughters, Mrs. Chas. Buche, of Lake 
Odessa and Mrs. Roger Norris, of Lansing; a son, William, of Lake Odessa; three 
sisters, Mrs. Homer Klingman, Battle Creek, Mrs. George Kussmaul, Woodbury, 
Mrs. Fay Sweiger, Of Lake Odessa; two brothers, Claude Thomas of Kalamazoo and 
Roy Thomas of Hastings; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday with burial in Lakeside cemetery.
