Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 17 Jul 1945

William Darby, 74, of Keene township died Monday at the home of Roy Kimble.  Mr.
Darby had been a farmer in Keene and Easton townships all of his life.

He is survived by three sons, Donald of Grand Rapids, Earl of Ionia and Lyle of
Saranac; one daughter, Mrs. Blanche VanVoorst of Grand Rapids; four
grandchildren; and one brother, Melvin, of Keene.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Morris funeral home
in Saranac and burial will be in the Easton cemetery.
