The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, January 16, 1922

Mrs. William Darby passed away at 8 o’clock Sunday morning at her home in 
Easton township after a long illness.  The cause of death was given as 
anemia.  Besides her husband Mrs. Darby is survived by several sisters and two 
brothers.  The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1 o’clock at the 
Dexter school. Burial will take place in Easton township.
