B. F. Darling, 72, Is Taken by Death.

Benjamin F. Darling, age 77 years, passed away Friday afternoon at the home of
his son in Ionia township.  The cause of his death was given as old age. 
Besides his widow he is survived by nine children, Frank Darling, Oral Darling,
Elmer Darling, and John C. Darling, of Ionia, and Hobart Darling, of Grand
Rapids; Mrs. Fred Zanders, Mrs. Mary Dunston, and Alice Darling, of Ionia, and
Mrs. Margaret Johnson, of Grand Rapids.  The funeral service will be held from
the Boynton funeral chapel Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  Rev. Zella Johnson
will officiated.  Burial will take place in the family lot at Oak Hill cemetery.
