Mrs. Edna Darling Dies After Short Illness Sunday

Mrs. Edna Darling, aged 32, wife of Frank Darling, died at the residence on
Cyrus street, Sunday morning at 5 o’clock following a short illness.  Mrs.
Darling was born near Portland and always lived in the county.

Besides her husband she is survived by two small sons, her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Henry Barber, of Portland, a sister and two brothers at Portland and two
brothers at Lansing.

The funeral service for Mrs. Frank Darling was held at the I.H.A. mission
Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  The service was conducted by Rev. John Young
and the music was furnished by the choir.  The bearers were George Barber, Jake
Barber, Elmer Darling and Iral Darling.  Burial took place at the Hill cemetery.
