He was born at Vestaburg, May 27, 1887, and came to Belding 50 years ago. He was married to Nellie Johnson, February 5, 1924, and she survives him. Other survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Maxine Woodworth of Lansing, Mrs. Doris Burdick and Vicki, of this city; two sons, Roscoe of Dexter and Charles of this city, and seven grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. John Cartridge, and one brother, Harold, of this city. Mr. Darrow was a retired brakeman on the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, having served in that position many years. Funeral services will be held this Thursday at 2:30 at the Fales-Huffman Funeral Chapel, Rev. Wilbur Kirby, pastor of the church of God, officiating, and interment will be in River Ridge cemetery. Pall bearers are chosen from members of the Church of God.
