Davarn, Michael Howard

Ionia Sentinel Standard, 13 Feb 1952

Michael Davarn, three-months old son of Mr. and Mrs. William Davarn, of Pewamo
died suddenly Tuesday morning, February 12, between 8 and 9 o’clock at his home
of pneumonia.  Coroner Dale Kauffman was called on the case.

The child’s father is a co-owner of the Davarn Hardware store in Pewamo. 
Surviving besides the parents are two brothers and his grandmothers, Mrs. Freida
Davarn of Pewamo and Mrs. Katherine Lenneman of Westphalia.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph’s Catholic church in
Pewamo with the Rev. Fr. Joseph Henige officiating.  Burial will be in St.
Joseph’s cemetery.
