The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, December 19, 1966
Graveside funeral services were Thursday at 3 p.m. at Saranac cemetery for 
Darrel Gene Davenport, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Davenport of route 
two , Saranac, Keene township, who died Wednesday morning at Ionia County 
Memorial hospital.  Surviving besides his parents are three brothers, Andy, 
Douglas, and Charles Davenport at home; grandparents, Mrs. Irene Tucker of 
Houghton and Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Davenport of Keene township; several aunts 
and uncles.
