Ionia County News, 6 Feb 1941

Mrs. Jennie David, 76, died at her home in South Ionia at 4:30 Tuesday
afternoon, February 4.  She had been in failing health for several years but
seriously ill only the past three weeks.

She was born January 19, 1865 in Berlin township, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Joseph Coe and for more than 30 years had lived in the South Ionia community.  

Only surviving relatives are four cousins.  Her husband, Alfred David, died in
June, 1938.

Funeral service will be conducted by Rev. John Youngs at two o’clock, Friday
afternoon, February 7, from Boynton Funeral chapel.  Burial in Balcom cemetery.
