Oct. 25, 1954 PHILIP DAVIS Funeral services for Philip Davis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Ritenburgh of 881 Wall street, who was accidentally killed by a shot gun blast Thursday morning, were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Myers funeral home with the Rev. Earl Carpenter officiating. Interment was at Balcom cemetery. Pallbearers were Richard Baylis, Gary Lasco, Tom and Don Masengale. Those attending the services from away were Larry Hattis, Mrs. James Ritenburgh of Pewamo; Mr. and Mrs. Roy Grant of Beaverton, Earnest Gowers and Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Fike of Saginaw, Mrs.Joyce Raney, Mr. and Mrs.Max Goin and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Robelee of Lake Ann; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Simmons of Muskegon; Gerald Simmons of Grand Rapids; Virgil Ralston, Silvia Noveck and Libby Noveck of Camp Lake, Wis.; Lyle Hattis, Mrs.Susie Davis, Mrs. Arthur German and Mr.and Mrs. Will Bennett of Lyons; Mr.and Mrs. Wilbur Griffith of Montague; Mr. and Mrs.Henry Conlon of My.Clemens; Mr. and Mrs, Cleon Kitchen, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Robelee and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Goin of Detroit; Mrs. Doris Hansey of Petoskey; Glen Goin of Trenary; Mr. and Mrs. Jewel Kirby of Muir; Mrs. Amy Simmons and Edna Kirby of Saranac and Mr. and Mrs. George Burgtorf of Belding.
