Ionia Shopper's Guide - Sat. Jan. 30, 2021

Harold James “Jim” Davis Jr. age 75 of Ionia passed away January 14, 2020. He 
was born March 9, 1945 in Ionia, Michigan the son of Harold J. and Rita 
(Cameron) Davis. Jim served in the Navy during the Vietnam War.

He married Kathleen N. Welch June 6, 1970. Jim worked as a Machinist for Woherlt 
Manufacturing for many years before retiring. He loved to work in his wood shop 
in his spare time and was known for his Wishing Wells.

Surviving Jim are his loving wife of 50 years Kathleen Davis of Ionia. Sons Paul 
Davis of Lansing and Scott (Angela) Davis of Ionia. Grandson Dakota Davis of 
Lake Odessa. Great grandson Brycen Davis. Sister in law Marcia (Jim) Elliott of 
Wyoming.

There will be a memorial visitation for Jim on Saturday, January 30th 2:00-5:00 
PM at the Lake Funeral Home in Ionia. Online condolences may be made at
