               WOODBURY, RESIDENT DIED AT HOME OF NEPHEW
                      Obituary of Victor Davis

Victor Davis, son of Philip and Margaret Davis, was born in Seneca county, Ohio, 
March 28, 1850 and died at the home of his nephew, Oscar Gray, June 28, 1924, 
age 74 years and three months.

Victor came to Michigan while but a boy, with his parents and lived with them 
until their death, since which time he has made his home with his sister, 
Mrs.Mark Gray, and two brothers, Daniela and George Davis. He was the last of a 
family of six children, all of whom had passed on before him. He had always 
enjoyed good health until about a year ago, when he began to gradually fail and 
the end came last Saturday.

Funeral services at the home of his nephew Interment in LakeSide cemetery, Rev. 
Mrs.E.M. Ickes officiating.
