Lake Odessa Wave-Times  Thurs. July 19, 1934

MRS. SOPHIA DAVIS, AGE 82, DIED WEDNESDAY EVENING

Mrs.Sophia Davis, age 82, mother of Mrs.Milton Brown here, died about 7 o'clock 
Wednesday evening. She has been making her home with her daughter here for 
several years. Mrs.Davis was taken with a stroke of paralysis about three weeks 
ago.

The funeral will be held at the home of Mr and Mrs Brown at 3:30 o'clock Friday 
afternoon, with the Rev. Ronald A Hoffman of Calvary United Brethren church 
officiating. Interment will be in Lakeside cemetery.
