Ionia County News Thursday April 20, 1950

Mrs. Ida B. Davis, 69 was found dead on the kitchen floor in her home in 
Belding Sunday, April 16. She had been ill for several months and her son Jack 
Herrington of Grand Rapids found her there Sunday when they came to see her.

Ida B. Eckert, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Eckert, was born October 1, 1880 
in Orleans township. She was married to Clair Harrington in 1900 and he died in 
1917. Her second marriage was to Edwin Davis who also preceded her in death. 

Surviving are four sons, Robert Harrington, Belding; Jack and Claude 
Harrington, Grand Rapids and Orville Harrington of Flint; also a daughter, Mrs. 
Clarence Higgins of Belding.

Funeral was held Tuesday afternoon
