She was born July 21, 1903, in Hemlock, Ind. the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Wolfe. She attended school in Hemlock, Ind. She married Howard Davis in VanWert, Ohio, June 27, 1935. He preceded her in death Oct. 31, 1965. They lived most of their lives in the Lake Odessa area. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Hastings. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Donald Winifred Jones of Lewisville, Tex., and Mrs. Gordon Helen Brown of Woodland; one son, George Davis of Fowlerville; two stepsons, LaVern Davis of Jackson and Arnold Davis of Rives Junction; 11 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. A granddaughter, Monica Ethridge, preceded her in death in January 1980. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Pickens-Koops Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Paul S. Howell will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Fowlerville. Visitation hours when the family will meet friends and relatives have been set for Tuesday, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Pickens-Koops Funeral Chapel.
