Ionia Sentinel Standard, 1 May 1940

Funeral services for Mrs. George Day, 72, of Belding, will be attended Saturday
afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Fitzjohn funeral home.  Mrs. Day, who is
survived by her husband, had been a resident of Belding for 12 years.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that she was
buried in River Ridge Cemetery.]
