Rev. Roy Pitts of the First Baptist Church will officiate and interment will be at the Balcom cemetery. Mrs. Dean, formerly of 212 ½ East Lincoln, died early Thursday morning at the Kent Community hospital in Grand Rapids. Born in Morley, March 17, 1890, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Lynn Cain. She was an employee of the Ypsilanti Reed Furniture Company of Ionia and for 20 years operated the Dean Convalescing home at Cadillac. She returned to Ionia three years ago. She and her husband Glenn Misner, were founders of the Lincoln Avenue Baptist church. Mrs. Dean raised three of her grandchildren, Mrs. Doris Hopkins and Mrs. Patricia Duke of Ionia and Mrs. Joan Robinson of Potterville. Her daughter, Mrs. Ivy Satterlee of Ionia, died in 1973. Surviving besides the granddaughters are a stepdaughter, Mrs. Harvey Hamilton of Charlevoix; two stepsons, Fred Dean of Ada and Albert Dean of traverse City, 15 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; six step grandchildren and six step great grandchildren; brother, Peter Lynn Cain of Morley and a sister, Mrs. Mildred Tomlinson of Ionia.
