Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Thurs. July 12, 2012

Russell Ray Dean, Jr., 59, of Ionia passed away July 6, 2012 in Ionia. He was 
born Oct. 25, 1952 in Williamston, the son of Russell and Marry (Steikie) Dean. 
Russell married Geraldine Finkbeiner, Feb. 24, 1955 in Ionia.

He worked at Mueller Brass in Belding as a Coil Machine Operator for over 30 
years.

Russell is survived by his wife, Geraldine Dean of Ionia; children, Joseph Dean 
and fiancé Beth Zeller of Saranac and Filishia Dean of Ionia; brothers, Jim 
(Lori) Dean of Ionia and John Dean of Stanton; sisters, Marge (Francis) Emmons 
of Belding, Janet (Pete) Bowerman of Ionia, Sue Collins of Lyons and Audrey 
(Nate) Wilbur) of Ionia and many  nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held Friday, July 13, 11 a.m. at Ionia Seventh Day 
Adventist Church.
