Larry T. Dean age 65 of Saranac passed away March 7, 2014 in Saranac.  He was 
born January 19, 1949 in Ionia the son of Harold and Mary (Magee) Dean.  Larry 
married Sharon Walma August 21, 1970 in Ada.  He graduated from Saranac High 
School class of 1968.  Larry served in the US Marine Corp. 

Larry is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Sharon Dean of Saranac; 
daughter, Heather (James) VanOosten of Saranac; brother, Greg (Joyce) Dean of 
Ionia; sister, Shirline Baeger of Ionia and 2 grandchildren, Cody and Scott.  
He was preceded in death by his parents.

 Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 11, at Lake Funeral Home 
of Saranac with Pastor Becky Poor officiating.  Interment Saranac Cemetery.  
Visitation Monday 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be 
made to American Cancer Society.
