The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, February 27, 1969


A Carson City resident, Harvey A. Dean, 71, died Wednesday at Carson City 
hospital.  He was born in Ionia county, living there during the early years of 
his life before moving to Carson City area 33 years ago.  He was a member of 
American Legion post of Carson City.

Besides his wife Pearl, he leaves a son Robert and daughter Mrs. Phyllis 
Schafer of Carson City and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Burns-Schnepp funeral home 
at Carson City.  Interment will be at Bloomer Center cemetery near Carson City.
