                            BESSIE MARIE DEANE

MUIR- Bessie Marie Deane, 65, of 2127 North State Road, Ionia, died at her 
residence Friday morning.

She was born June 3, 1920 in Trout Creek, Mich., the daughter of John and Lena 
Bell.

Deane attended Trout Creek Schools. She married Arthur Dean who preceded her in 
death.

She was a retired press operator for Brown Inc., retiring in 1982.

Deane is survived by 10 children, Sally Miller of Lyons, Maryanne Barsley of 
Ionia, Violet Wagner of Grand Rapids, Cathy Orozco of Grand rapids, Jenny ruse 
of Alto, Penny Hughes of Ionia, rose Perez of Grand Rapids, John LaBine of 
Lowell, Arthur LaBine of Freeport and Thomas LaBine of Alto.

Two children preceded her in death.

She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; three 
brothers, John Bell of Kalamazoo, Clarence Cameron of Newberry, Mich., Franklin 
Cameron of Wayland; and two sisters, Mrs.Jean Green of Grand Rapids and 
Mrs.Hazel Ross of Wayland.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Shiloh Community Church with the 
Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating.

Burial will be in Tuttle Cemetery in Ionia.

Friends can meet the family until 12:00 p.m. Monday at the Hull Memorial Chapel 
in Muir.

A memorial fund for Freedom Acre Schools has been set up, in care of the funeral 
home.
