Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 14 Mar 1942

Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon from the residence in Danby 
township for D. F. Deatsman, 77, who died suddenly Monday.  Rev. J. W. Bullock, 
pastor of the Sebewa Corners Methodist church officiated at the services.  
Interment was at Danby cemetery.

Surviving are a twin sister, Mrs. Jane Halladay of Sebewa Corners, a sister, 
Mrs. Rhoada Eaton, Saranac, and a brother, Alvah Deatsman, who lives in the 
west.
