She was the wife of Walter Decker, a retired rural mail carrier. She and her husband moved to Lake Odessa about 35 years ago at the time of their wedding. She was born July 14, 1897. Surviving are the husband, three daughters, Mrs. Forrest Annis of Grayling, Mrs. Allan Ferguson of Grand Rapids and Mrs. Wayne Jackson of Lake Odessa; two brothers, Sidney Manning of Lake Odessa and Frank of Phoenix, Ariz.; and three sisters, Mrs. Ada Thomas of Lansing and Mrs. Vera Cooley and Mrs. Delia Ade of Durand. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Pickens funeral home. The Rev. Forest Mohr will officiate. Interment will be in Lakeside cemetery.
