After fighting with the death messenger for several weeks, Mrs. Isabelle DeGraw 
succumbed to a complication which has afflicted her for some time.  She passed 
away at her home at Saranac on Saturday night.  She was 76 years of age and 
previously resided at Smyrna.

She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Eugene Stevens of Ionia and Mrs. Grace Edlin 
also of Ionia, two sisters, Mrs. Emily Conner, of Saranac and Mrs. J. G. Hicks 
of this city.  The husband, Osborn DeGraw, died a year ago.  

Funeral services were held at the home at Saranac Wednesday afternoon, Rev. A. 
G. Harde, of Evart, officiating.  Interment at the Easton cemetery.
