Ionia Sentinel Standard, 16 Jan 1969

Mrs. Ida M. DeHart, 74, of 245 West Riverside drive died Wednesday evening at
Belding Christian Nursing home where she had been a patient the past 5 ½ years. 

She was born in Gaylord, September 16, 1894, the daughter of Fred and Mary Bower
Orth.  She attended Gaylord schools and upon completion came to Ionia where she
was employed at Ypsilanti Reed Furniture company.

June 23, 1919 she was married to Clarence E. DeHart in Ionia, who preceded her
in death April 20, 1960.

She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Clyde Cooper, Jr., Ionia; seven grandchildren, and
one sister Florence Orth of Arpine, Wis.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Boynton-Leddick funeral home with
Rev. Lowell Young officiating.  Committal services will be at the funeral home
with temporary entombment at Highland Park Mausoleum.  Family will be at the
funeral home Friday from 7 until 9 p.m.
