Ionia Daily Sentinel, 30 Sep 1946

Richard Paul Dehn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Dehn of 216 Liberty street, 
Belding, died early Sunday at the Belding hospital.  He underwent an emergency 
appendectomy Friday.

He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Carolyn, student nurse at St. 
Mary’s hospital, Grand Rapids, and Kathryn at home; a brother, Sylvester, jr., 
at home and a paternal grandmother, Mrs. John Dehn, of Belding

Services will be held from St. Joseph’s church Wednesday at 9 a.m. with Fr. 
Charles Steves officiating.  Interment will be at St. Joseph’s Catholic 
cemetery.  Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the home.
