Belding Banner-News, 18 Jan 1962

Mrs. Bertha I. DeLine, 80, of 1240 W. State St. died Tuesday, January 16 at
Belding Community Hospital.  She had been ill for seven years and in the
hospital 18 days.  Mrs. DeLine was born in Orleans Township and lived her entire
lifetime in this area.  Her parents were Jesse and Helen Smith.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Clarence Larsen of Greenville, three sons,
Harry of Cooks Corners, Perry of Belding and Marvin of Langston; five
grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Huffman Funeral Home with Rev.
H.S. Ellis officiating and burial will be in Otisco cemetery.

Mrs. DeLine was the last of 11 children and it is a coincidence that her two
remaining sisters died in less than a week before she passed away.
