Portland Review & Observer, 24 Jan 1952

Miss Jennie E. Dellenbaugh, 84, a former resident of Portland, died at 
Bomsecours Hospital at Grosse Pointe Sunday morning.  Funeral services were 
held here Wednesday afternoon at Neller Funeral Home, Rev. Lowell McCarty 
officiating.  Burial was in Portland cemetery.

Miss Dellenbaugh was born in Westphalia on Oct. 25, 1867 and was the daughter 
of the late Dr. Charles Dellenbaugh.  She later resided in Portland and she and 
her sister moved from here to Ann Arbor in 1918.

Surviving is a niece, Mrs. Arthur Smith, of Grosse Pointe.  Bearers were: Will 
Toan, Arthur Bandfield, Arthur Smith, Roy Dawdy, Sam G. Fittes Jr. and Leo 
Lehman.
