Lake Odessa Wave - Thursday May 16, 1957

ISAAC DeMARANVILLE
Isaac jay DeMaranville, 83, died Tuesday evening in a Kalamazoo Hospital after 
an extended illness and had been a patient at the Greenfield Convalescent Home 
before taken to Kalamazoo.

A native of Nebraska, he came to this area when 19 years of age and resided on a 
farm in Barry County or a long time. He also worked in Kalamazoo ad for a number 
of years worked during the winters while in Florida.

Surviving are three daughters Mrs.Arley (Burma) Todd of Middle Lake, near 
Hastings, Mrs.Wayne (Wilma) Pennington of Jordan road and Mrs. Harry (Opal) Oaks 
of route 3, Grant and a sister Mrs.Andrew (Bertha) Muir of Lake Odessa.

Funeral services were held Friday at 2 pm at the Leonard Funeral Home with 
burial in Lakeside Cemetery.
