Lake Odessa Wave Thursday June 19, 1947

E.H. DEMARANVILLE, 80. DIED at ROMEO THURSDAY

Eleazer H. DeMaranville, 80, died at his home in Romeo, Thursday. Funeral 
services were held from the Pickens Funeral chapel here Monday afternoon and 
burial was in Lakeside Cemetery. The Rev.Harold Blakely of Brown City 
officiated. Surviving are a daughter Ms.L.E.(Edna) Blakely of Romeo, six 
grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Mr and Mrs DeMaranville resided on their farm west of town many years ago. He 
erected the building and operated an automobile agency and garage in the 
building now owned by the Senters Implement Co. His wife died in December of 
last year.
