June 14, 1912 OBITUARY Julia Ann Demaray nee Frank was born at Vaughn near Richmond Hill, Canada, Oct. 24, 1840. She was married to Calvin Demaray in 1856. To this union were born 14 children, 8 of whom are still living. 5 boys and 3 girls. She leaves to our their loss her husband, 8 children, 28 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, a twin sister, Elizabeth Ann Russel and a host of friends. She was converted to Canada and was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church there. When she moved to Michigan she joined the United Brethren church in the Tamarac class, of which she remained a faithful member for 42 years until Death took her away; she was ready for Death when it came to her, saying to her children just before she went that she was going to be with Jesus. She was a Real Daughter of the Revolution, her father being a soldier in that war. Her wedded life with her husband was 56 years of peace and happiness. Thus she leaves the weary road of toil and care to forever be with God. Funeral services were held at the Liberal U.B. church conducted by I.H. Mourer assisted by the pastor Rev Davis.
