HAZEL I. DEMOREST
LANSING - Hazel I. Demorest, 83, formerly of 1009 W. Main, died Sunday morning near
Lansing.

She was born Aug. 1, 1896 in Hubbardston, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Blow.

She was married to Harvey J. Demorest and lived all of her married life in Ionia.

Mrs. Demorest was formerly employed at the Model Bakery of Ionia and was a former of
the First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Howard of Lansing and Edward of Huntsville, Ala.; a
daughter, Mrs. Yvonne Ralston of Stanton; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Myers-Roetman Funeral Home.

Burial will be in the Balcom Cemetery.
