He was born April 2, 1875, in Pennsylvania, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Parker Denham who both died several years ago. He was a resident of Ionia for 30 years and was employed with the Hayes-Ionia body factory, Pere Marquette car shops, and the Ypsilanti Reed Furniture company, and was a member of the Modern Woodman lodge of Ionia and the Oddfellows of Grand Rapids. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Betty Hansen of Grand Rapids and Mrs. Irma Kellogg of Idaho, and a son, Maurice Denham of Flint. Funeral services will be held from Myers funeral home Monday afternoon, December 6 at 2 o’clock with interment at Highland Park cemetery.
