The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, February 25, 1929
Mrs. Mary L. Denning, a former resident of this vicinity, died suddenly Sunday 
morning at St. Mary’s hospital, Grand Rapids.  She was 54 years of age.  The 
funeral services will be held in St. Andrew’s church in Grand Rapids Tuesday 
morning at 9 o’clock.  Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery.

Mrs. Denning is survived by two sons, Henry of Grand Rapids and Richard of 
Detroit; a daughter, Mrs. Irene Blair of Grand Rapids; her mother, Mrs. 
Adeliad Blow of Grand Rapids, two sisters, Mrs. Harrietta Hannah, Detroit, and 
Mrs. Daisy Gott, Sherwood, O.; a brother, Warren Blow, Grand Rapides, and nine 
grandchildren.
