Greenville - Helen L. Dennis, 88, of West Colby Road, Greenville, died Monday, 
Oct. 8, 2001, at United Memorial Health Center Long Term Care.  She was born May
30, 1913, in Greenville, the daughter of Chris and Tressie Barnes Jensen.  She
married Herb Dennis Sept. 3, 1932.  He preceded her in death on June 11, 1990. 
She is also preceded in death by her daughter, Betty Paulsen, April 6, 1999.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Jeanette and Wilbur Christensen of
Greenville; her grandchildren, Rick and Marsha Paulsen of Belding, Ron Paulsen,
Randy and Debbie Paulsen, Robert Christensen, all of Greenville, Penny and Brian
Little of Trufant; eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren;
one son-in-law, Jerry and Carolyn Paulsen of Evart; her brother and
sister-in-law, Charles and Thelma Jensen of Sheridan; one sister-in-law, Dorothy
Button of Belding, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville,
with the Rev. Wayne Otto officiating.  Burial will be in East Montcalm Cemetery.
 Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. 
Memorial contributions may be made to the UMH Long Term Care in remembrance of
the wonderful care she received these past few years.
