MRS. EUGENE DENNY DIED AT AGE OF 88
Mother of Elmer, Frank and Walter Tasker. Lived Here Most of Life

After several years of gradual weakness Mrs.Eugene Denny passed away at her home 
here Wednesday. Mrs.Denny is another of the pioneer mothers that could tell many 
stories of early pioneer life.

Mrs. Denny was the mother of Elmer, Frank and Walter Tasker, all of this 
community, except Frank who moved to Grand Ledge last fall.

After the husband's death she married Eugene Denny, one of the few remaining 
Civil war veterans. Mr. Denny has been her constant companion, always taking the 
best of protecting care of his wife. They have lived very happily together.

The funeral will be held at the home Saturday.
