Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 14 Sep 1935

Funeral services for Mrs. Melissa Densmore were conducted from the Stone 
funeral home Friday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock by Rev. F. J. Fitch, pastor of 
the Baptist church.  Mrs. Geraldine Seely sang two selections.  Bearers were 
all nephews of Mrs. Densmore,  Ernest Densmore, Door Evertt, Orl Evertt, and 
Oscar Cooper.  Burial at Highland Park cemetery.

Those from out-of-town attending were Mr. and Mrs. Allen Winans and Mr. and 
Mrs. Orl Evertt, of Nashville; Mr. and Mrs. Dorr Evertt, of Vermontville; Mr. 
and Mrs. Oscar Cooper and Mrs. Carl Hewitt and Mrs. Lena Wilcox, of Woodland; 
Mrs. Perkins, of Sunfield, and Mrs. Rupe, of Nashville.
