Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 22 Mar 1944

Albert S. Densmore, 76, died Wednesday morning in his home in Saranac following
an illness of several weeks.  He was born January 24, 1868, in Easton township
and was the son of Cornelius and Adelaide Densmore.

January 3, 1894, he was married and his wife, Minnie, survives him.  In 1905 the
couple went to Idaho where Mr. Densmore located a timber claim.  They remained
there for a number of years.  Mr. Densmore owned a harness shop for 13 years and
also did some carpenter work.  He was a member of Boston lodge, F. & A. M. No.
176.  

He is survived by his widow, Minnie and one sister, Mrs. Nellie Newland, of Olivet.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 4 o’clock at the residence.
