                           JOHANNA DENSMORE

PORTLAND- Mrs.Johanna "Jennie" Densmore, 92, of route 1, Nelson road, died 
Friday morning at the O'Neil Convalescent home in Portland.

Born in Westphalia April1 5, 1882, she was the daughter of Peter and Mary 
Schrick Trierweiler.

Her husband Nelson, died in 1962 and a son Robert, died in 1971.

Surviving are three sons, George, Herbert and Francis of Portland; four 
daughters, Mrs.Lorena Knight of Lansing, Mrs.Catherine Romwalter of Haslett, 
Mrs.Josephine Westrin of Lansing, Mrs. Bernestine McNamara of Charlotte; 32 
grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sister M.Eleanor of Nazareth 
and Mrs.Ida Gross of Mt.Pleasant.

Funeral services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the St.Patrick's Catholic Church 
of Portland. Fr.Donald Weber will officiate and interment will be at the 
Portland Cemetery.

Rosary will be recited Sunday at 8 p.m. at the Neller Funeral Home in Portland.

Bearers will be Robert J., Leon, David and Gene Densmore, Nelson Westrin, 
William Romwalter, Duane Axtell and Gary Mcnamara.
