He was born at Charlotte, May 21, 1919, the son of Franklin and Mable DePue. He was a member of American Legion post of Hubbardston. Surviving besides the wife, Lorraine, are five sons, Daniel of Belding, Steven of Edmore, Stanley and Michael of Hubbardston and Dennis of Belding; two daughters, Mrs. Darwood Andrews of Muir, Sarah DePue of Muir and six grandchildren; mother, Mable DePue of Hubbardston; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Edward Dow of Hubbardston, Mrs. Carl Morgan of Fenwick and Laurie Donovan of Hubbardston. Also surviving are three brothers, John of Grand Ledge; Morris of Trufant and Richard of Carson City; three sisters, Mrs. Thora Loomis of Detroit; Mrs. Elaine Schultz of Charlotte and Mrs. George Helman of Muir. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Estep funeral home north of Muir. Officiating will be Rev. Marvis Hale of Temple Baptist church. Interment will be at West Side cemetery in Hubbardston with military services.
